Submit a brief
Tell us what you need. The market, the outcome, the engagement type, and any specific expertise or relationship access that matters. No subscription is required to submit a brief. We review it personally before anything else happens.
We will come back to you with an honest assessment of whether we have the right people. If we do not, we will tell you directly rather than send you someone who does not fit.

Review an anonymized profile
If we have a strong match, we send you an anonymized profile. You see the relevant experience, market background, and engagement availability without identifying information. You confirm interest before any identity is exchanged.

NDAs execute automatically
When both sides confirm mutual interest, a platform NDA executes automatically between the organization and the expert. No back-and-forth. No negotiation. Identity is only shared after it is in place.

Engagement is scoped and contracted
The engagement agreement sets out the scope, compensation, timeline, and non-circumvention terms. Both sides sign before any work begins. Compensation is flat-rate and never tied to referral volume, patient outcomes, or commercial results.

Work begins, and ends cleanly
The expert begins the engagement. Payments are managed through the platform. When the engagement ends, it ends. No HR process. No severance. No wind-down. If the relationship warrants a permanent arrangement, a formal conversion path exists.
Conversion fees are structured on a sliding scale based on how long the engagement has already run. The longer the engagement, the lower the fee.

Targeted
Key introduction
The expert makes a specific introduction to a person or institution. The engagement ends when the introduction is made. The relationship is yours from that point.

Defined project
Scoped work with a clear outcome and timeline. Market entry, referral program development, a specific partnership, or any other bounded objective.
Ongoing
Local presence
An in-market representative on a monthly retainer. Active in your target market, building relationships, representing your organization, reporting directly to your team.

Entry is by referral or invitation only
Attaché does not run searches or post listings. Every person on this platform was referred by someone already in the network, or was invited directly by our leadership team. There is no open application process.

Your application is reviewed personally
Our leadership team reads every application. There is no scoring algorithm. The question is never credentials alone — it is whether your specific combination of market presence, relationships, and expertise fills a genuine gap in the network.
Most applications are declined. This reflects that the network is small and curated, not a judgment on the quality of the applicant.

Your profile is held privately
Your anonymized profile describes your expertise, market access, and availability without identifying you. Organizations see this profile and confirm interest before your identity is ever shared. A mutual NDA executes automatically before introduction.

You choose which engagements to accept
When a brief matches your profile, you see it and decide whether to accept. You are never placed without your agreement. You choose the engagements that fit your expertise, your schedule, and your existing commitments.

Everything else is handled
Contracts, NDAs, invoicing, and payment are managed through the platform. A facilitation fee is deducted from your compensation before disbursement. The mechanism is disclosed and set out in your engagement agreement.

Not a job board
Attaché does not post listings. Engagements come to you based on your profile. You are not competing for roles.
Not an employer
You participate as an independent contractor. You are responsible for your own tax obligations, licensing compliance, and any obligations under existing employment agreements.
Not a guarantee of income
Joining the network does not guarantee engagement activity. The platform depends on the briefs organizations bring. We do not inflate expectations.
Not clinical work
Physicians and licensed clinicians participate in advisory, consulting, and market development roles only. Clinical consultations, second opinions, and patient-specific medical advice are not permitted under any framing.
